Yellowcake Consultation Agreement

For the purposes of this agreement, the contractor shall be referred to as "Yellowcake Pictures". The site visitor scheduling a consultation shall be referred to as the "Consultee".

1. Applicability:
These terms and conditions apply to all virtual and in-person initial consultations scheduled through the Yellowcake Pictures website.
2. Scope of the Consultation:
The consultation provided by Yellowcake Pictures is intended to offer an overview of our design services. This session does not aim to provide specific design recommendations or solutions.
3. Duration:
The free consultation provided by Yellowcake Pictures will last for a maximum of 60 minutes.
4. Confidentiality:
Yellowcake Pictures and the Consultee agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the consultation. Neither party shall disclose any such information to third parties without the written consent of the other party.
5. No Obligation to Purchase:
The Consultee understands and agrees that there is no obligation to purchase any services from Yellowcake Pictures following the consultation.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation:
If the Consultee needs to reschedule or cancel the consultation, Yellowcake Pictures requires at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact our team promptly should any changes to the appointment be necessary.
7. Intellectual Property:
All materials, ideas, and content presented during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Yellowcake Pictures. The Consultee may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without the written consent of Yellowcake Pictures.
8. Limitation of Liability:
The consultation is provided "as is" and without any warranties, either express or implied. Yellowcake Pictures shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the consultation.
9. Recording and Use of Media:
Recording the consultation, whether audio or video, without the explicit permission of Yellowcake Pictures, is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized recordings may be subject to legal action.
10. Assignment:
Yellowcake Pictures reserves the right to assign the rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time, without notification, to its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other entity or individual per its sole discretion.
11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA/California. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
12. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this consultation shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
13. Errors and Omissions:
While Yellowcake Pictures strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the consultation, there may be instances of inadvertent errors, omissions, or misrepresentations. Yellowcake Pictures shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from such errors, omissions, or misrepresentations. Any decisions made by the Consultee based on the information provided during the consultation are at the Consultee's own risk and discretion.
