Instead of tearing that down and starting from scratch we begin with a simple question, "What are your goals in hiring us and how will this benefit your business?" The answer to this informs our strategy for the project and defines which of our skill sets we end up applying to it.
Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Consultation The Company offers a free consultation to discuss prospective design projects and video content production, including but not limited to web design, graphic design, promotional videos, and content for social media. The consultation is intended to allow the Company to understand your needs and to propose potential solutions. The duration of the consultation is approximately one hour unless otherwise specified. 2. Scheduling and Cancellations Consultations are subject to the availability of our staff. You agree to provide us with at least 24hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Failure to do so may result in the inability to book future consultations. Acknowledgement By booking this consultation, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them.
